Kris Jenner’s kids surely know their way around trademark lawyer. For those who don’t know all the kids of Kim, Khloe and Kylie are trademarked. Cease and desist letters are being issued for the trademarked product.

Did you forget the fight between Khloe’s good American and Destiny blue? Because we haven’t. Rumours are floating around that Kylie issues a ceased and desisted letter, to a family business who was selling ‘rise and shine’ T-shirt. But the 22-year-old  fashion mogul firmly stod against them and stated, that’s not what happened.

THEN WHAT IS IT BEHIND THE WHOLE RUMOR?

On Sunday, Jenner posted a tweet that said “guys, please don’t believe everything you read. I have not sent any Rise and Shine cease and desist letters.” she continued “Rise and Shine was an unexpected moment I had a lot of fun with it, and I have laughed so hard seeing everyone’s memes since the video came out a few weeks ago.”

Pop Crave, celebrity gossip website tweeted an interview with the owner of a small clothing retailer Cased Clothing, Gold Coast Bulletin. Seemingly, the letter asked cased clothing to stop selling the rise and shine T-shirts due to the potential trademark breach. He also stated that “we still have a few left but don’t plan on selling them now. I would be pissed if we had $4000 worth, T-shirts here, but we only have about eight or so.”

Last month during a tour of her office, kylie sang rise and shine to Stormi. The video instantly went viral, and the star trademarked the phrase. Kylie says “there are no lawsuits, no cease and desist letters. Happy Sunday.”
