Latest, Bill Clinton Gives Solo Impeachment Advice To Donald Trump Which He Finds Some Painful For Him

Bill Clinton has impeachment advice for Donald Trump

Former president Bill Clinton has advised trump regarding his impeachment. He asked Trump to have his staff handle the impeachment inquiry while he focuses on his job.

Clinton was responding to the shooting at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California. The shocking incident had left two students dead and several others severely injured. Attorney General William Barr had claimed that the impeachment inquiry was stalling the discussions about the legislative aspects of gun controlled. He said it was “just an excuse”. Clinton, however, dismissed these claims.

What Clinton said

Clinton told CNN, “Look at how much we got done in 1998 and 1999 and even in ’97″. He further added, “We had very productive actions in all three years. The only tough year we had after the Republicans won the Congress, was ’95 to the beginning of ’96 when they shut the government down twice. But once the public rendered judgment on what they thought should be done, I just kept working with them. I mean, that’s just an excuse.”

Bill Clinton was impeached in 1998. His impeachment was because of the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Clinton was asked how he would respond to Donald Trump if he said that he could not work with these people. Clinton replied, “My message would be, ‘look, you got hired to do a job,'”. He continued, “You don’t get the days back you blow off. Every day’s an opportunity to make something good happen. And I would say, ‘I’ve got lawyers and staff people handling this impeachment inquiry, and they should have at it. Meanwhile, I’m going to work for the American people”.”He did indicate a couple of times he would go along with this, and then obviously the gun lobby got ahold of him and pulled him back,” said Clinton.

“But at some point, you know, denial is no longer an option. And the Congress is basically in denial of the consequences of doing nothing or at least the people who are opposed to this,” Clinton further added.
