Eternals: Celestial’s New Looks, Air Date, Cast And More

So finally, Marvel Studios unveiled its plans for the release of phase 4 of MCU in San Diego Comic-Con 2019.

There is no denying the fact that phase 3 was a huge success. All the eyes are on Marvel Studios for some more action and superpower stuff.

With movies like Thor, Doctor Strange, Black Widow making their way to the big screen, it might get a little challenging for the new faces to get recognised.

But this introduction to the Eternals, the ancient race with a wide range of superpowers, is going to be an interesting one.

So here are things you might want to know about the new upcoming movie before its release.

At the Comic-con, Eternals was officially announced on July 20, 2019. The movie will be premiering on November 6, 2020. November seems like a long time, but Marvel has a lot of surprises in the bag for their fans.

Richard Madden is signed on to play Ikaris, “Prime Eternal,” as called in the comics. He is best known for his character, Robb Stark in Game of Thrones.

Fans must be excited to know that we have one more entry from Game of Thrones. Kit Harington is best known for playing Jon Snow has officially joined the cast as Dane Whitman.

Lauren Ridloff will be starring as Makkari,  Marvel’s first deaf superhero in Eternals. She is known for her previous work in The Walking Dead or her title as Miss Deaf America.

Angelina Jolie, the biggest name attached to the film right now, will star as Thena in Eternals. She seems pretty excited about the movie as she said, “I am going to work ten times harder for the movie.”

It was a suspense for the audiences as who will be playing the role of Sersi as she possesses powers like transmutation, mind control, and flight. Well, Gemma Chan finally grabbed the opportunity and landed up with the coveted role of Sersi.

Also, that Barry Keoghan would officially be playing Druig.

Others joining the team are Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Brian Tyree Henry as Phaistos, Salma Hayek as Ajak, Don Lee as Gilgamesh.

So, it will be interesting to wait for Celestial’s new looks and their adventure.
