Post-apocalyptic sci-fi drama television series The 100 has been renewed for season 7. Rothenberg had originally planned to have five seasons. But he said it was scalable, that it could be at the end of installments may vary to three, five or eight.

The airing date of this season is not revealed yet but some say that the next installment would have 16 episodes. The trailer should be out by March 2020 and this would be a late 2020 release.
