The black comedy on Netflix has been a hit since its season one was released in May 2019. The storyline features two women who meet at a grief counselling seminar. Later, become fixed companions.
Is It Renewed Or Cancelled?
Yes! Christina Applegate took to twitter to announce the news along with a picture of her and co-star Linda Cardellini.
“My girl, we got more time together,” she wrote. “I love you.” The series’ next instalment will arrive in Spring/Summer 2020.
Upcoming Details About Next Season
The news of great joy is that the previous cast is all set to return. Applegate and Cardellini will be back, but we’ll have to wait and see if anyone else signs on for the second run. Could James Marsden return, too? We’ll have to wait and watch!
Season one was filled with the most enthralling twists and turns regularly subverting viewers’ prospect. It is most definitely expected to have a new storyline. There’s an evening of the score and there’s a rebalancing that will take place and almost, in some ways, a role reversal,” Feldman told The Hollywood Reporter. “This show will always be a show that explores the dark sides and the light sides of grief, loss, forgiveness and friendship. So suffice to say, there will be more darkness.”
So we can expect yet another season which brings chills down our spines with the most extravagant plot when the two women explore their relationship and which will likely receive the most positive response from viewers.
