The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is directed by Michael Chaves and is the latest horror film of the series. The film is the third part of the franchise after The Conjuring and The Conjuring 2. The movie is about the murder trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson in 1981.

When will it be released?

The production team started with the work in 2016, but there were some delays by James Wan after opting to stay out and not direct the film. The film officially began its production in  2017, and it was confirmed that it’s not a haunted house movie. Michael Chavesan revealed the official release date to be September 11, 2020.

Who are all in it?

Ed Warren and Lorraine Warren will return as paranormal investigators and will again be played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga respectively. There will be some flashback sequences, and Megan Ashley Brown and Mitchell Hoog will perform young Lorraine and Ed.

Plot

Though a lot has not been revealed about the film, we do know that the story revolves around the real-life investigation that the Warrens undertook. It is about a man who claims to be possessed by the demon and that the devil made him commit murder. The horror-filled story was a shocker to the Warrens as they have never encountered such a complicated case.
