Directed and created by Mike Flanagan, this series is worth watching for all the horror fans.
Cast
So far we know that Victoria Pedretti (Nell Crain) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (Luke Crain). Henry Thomas (younger Hugh Crain), and Catherine Parker (Poppy Hill) are in the cast with undisclosed roles.
Fans and viewers have to wait and stay updated for upcoming cast names.
Plot
Flanagan thinks that the Crains have been through enough and that they have left them exactly as we would remember them. There are a lot of horror stories from which we can continue the story.
Instead of the Crains, the second series is adapted by the famous ghost story The Turn of the Screw, a chilling tale from 1898.
We know that this season is going to be even scarier than season 1.
Release Date
There is no official date for season 2 release, but we can expect it to release during Halloween this year as season 1 was released close to the same time.
Luckily the Covid-19 had not affected the shooting as Mike Flanagan had assured us that the filming of season 2 had been wrapped up before the film sets were shut down due to ongoing pandemic.
Trailer
No official trailer or teaser has been released as of now. Although, since we are assured that shooting has been completed well before the pandemic hit, we can surely expect a sneak peek into the season soon!
