Why is Wonder Woman famous? Will there be other future projects?
Wonder Woman, a. k. a. Diana Prince is famous for being the Princess of Themyscira, a hidden home to the Amazons. The daughter of Queen Hippolyta, she is a trained warrior. After rescuing US pilot Steve Trevor, she joins him to fight in World War 1 and, in the process, defeats the God Ares, who originally orchestrated the destruction of mankind.
In January 2019, Patty Jenkins stated that a plot for a third Wonder Woman film is currently being mapped out, but the wait between the second and the third film will be much longer. Earlier she had announced the development of a Spinoff film, which would focus on the Amazons of Themyscira.
