This season is widely known as Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table. We are able to get some information on what to expect next from the show. In episode 6 we saw that Misa is able to make many puppets and was able to make them perform well. Akatsuki praises her for this act and she is very happy with her. In Log Horizon Season 3 Ep 6 we also see that Elias Hackblade is not able to cross the gates because he has only completed 100 levels. This makes him the only one who can not cross the dungeon.
