Globalcaja offers its full support to the business fabric and the training of young people hand in hand with the Government of Castilla-La Mancha

The entity’s general manager, Peter Palacesand the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment, Patricia FrancoHave signed two collaboration agreements on business and training, in a ceremony that took place at the headquarters of Globalcaja, in Albacete. “Today we present two new initiatives that are framed in a habitual and positive collaboration between the Board and Globalcaja, which has a common purpose, such as stimulate the region’s economybeing sure that by putting proposals on the table, they lead to wealth, employment and prosperity”, he assured palaceswho has announced that, thanks to a new alliance with the Reciprocal Guarantee Society Aval Castilla-La Manchathe entity makes a new financing line available to SMEs and the self-employed, the Globalcaja Aval 100 Line, which will enable entrepreneurs in the region to access the financing they need under advantageous interest rate and term conditions for the development of projects of up to 45,000 euros related to the digitizationthe sustainabilitythe internationalization and the creation of new companies. With this initiative, the entity reaffirms its positioning of proximity and commitment with the economic development of the territory, “making an effort every day to create synergies that add value and promote the generation of wealth”, as explained by the General Manager of Global Caja. In this sense, palaces has valued public-private collaboration. “A successful formula in which Globalcaja has been proving to be much more than a financial partnerpromoting actions that contribute to the improvement of our companies and our production system”.
Committed to young people
On the other hand, the entity has signed a collaboration agreement with the General Directorate of Vocational Training for Employment and IPEX for promote the employability of young people of our land through employment-oriented training, an entrepreneurial culture and the development of new business projects. For it, globalbox will collaborate in the development of Training program in Internationalizationby facilitating internships abroad for scholarship students, making available to them an advance of funds corresponding to 40% of the amount that corresponds to them as accommodation and maintenance aid. “In this way, we are betting on talentenabling our young people to complete their training in another country regardless of their economic level”, he assured palaceswho has been convinced that investing in the training of young people is also doing it in our companies. “These young people, when they finish their internship stage and return, will be able to apply what they have learned in companies in our land and help them to be more competitive.” For its part, Patricia Franco has highlighted the importance of having allies like Globalcaja “because we share a way of doing things, which is to commit to launching new needs and projects that collaborate directly with our business fabric and with our people”, he indicated. “By signing these two agreements, we demonstrate, once again, that in these times of uncertainty, Globalcaja has become the best medicine, not only against financial exclusion and against that feeling that is increasingly rooted in society of impersonal banking, but also against stagnation. we are one compromised bankingthat we contribute, with deeds not just with words, to economic and social development of our environment”, has concluded the general director of the entity.
