Rob Zombie Unveils ‘The Munsters’ Trailer

The official trailer for ‘The Munsters‘, a new film adaptation of the classic 60’s sitcom that arrives under the direction of Rob Zombie. The film will hit theaters and Peacock next September. The film, like the original story, follows a family of benign monsters who move from Transylvania to suburban America. They are endlessly confused as to why the neighbors react so strangely to them, and find it curious that they consider niece Marilynn (a human) to be the odd one out in the family. Regarding the cast, it includes Jeff Daniel Phillips as Herman, Sheri Moon Zombie (wife and regular collaborator of the filmmaker) as Lily, Dan Roebuck as the grandfather, Jorge García, Dee Wallace, Sylvester McCoy, Richard Brake and Cassandra Peterson. ‘The Monster Family’ was born as a television series broadcast for 70 episodes from 1964 to 1966. Although it did not last long, the series is remembered as a true classic thanks to its beloved Transylvanian-American family. It must be remembered that the director’s filmography includes the trilogy that makes up ‘3 from Hell’ (2019), ‘The Devil’s Renegades’ (2005) and ‘The House of 1000 Corpses’, a 2003 film that marked his debut in the address.
