OMG!! We got to the middle of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” either “Extraordinary Lawyer Woo«, which has broken all the expectations of its creatives, the cast and even the public with its emotional and moving story. The ratings in its episodes 7 and 8 were 11.69% and 13.1% SBS repent!! 😀 😀 Of course, in addition to the drama itself having been No. 1 on the Most Talked About Dramas list for three weeks, its main partner is also on the list of Most Talked About Actors along with other leads. We have already reached a turning point in the plot with the theme of romance and a great emotional growth for Woo Young Woo, who goes out to face the world with the tools with which he was born and I feel that people like her put us to the test us, the “homogeneous functionals,” as a psychologist I follow would say.
This Post Contains SPOILERS!!
Hey, there has been no lack of laughter, but also crying, romance, some anger and disappointment… Above all, it is understood that Korean society is extremely competitive and it is very frowned upon for someone to lie or use connections to obtain a position. of work, but this topic has been magnificently treated by the writer, and not locally, the discrimination and abuse that Woo Young Woo endures can unfortunately be seen anywhere in the world. People get angry if a person who is considered “inferior” or “weak” compared to oneself, gets some advantage because of their condition, but nobody is willing to listen, help, include someone else, as long as it is not their problem. That is what we are!! We always measure others by what we think we are, so if he/she doesn’t care or can’t do what we do, or does it differently, he/she is weird, weird, inferior and a long etc As for the story, according to the synopsis, we would see the growth of Woo Young Woo in a world that excludes and labels her, as if there was no place for her. But she is giving us so many lessons!! From the first episodes, our protagonist has conquered us with her peculiar way of finding solutions to the legal problems that she must solve. But, it is the first time that Woo Young Woo faces a world more real than the one in the books and also she is not with her father who has always cared for her more than she can imagine, as if he were trying to line the world with cotton so your daughter doesn’t get hurt. These cares lead to a fight and an attempt by Woo Young Woo to separate from him because she feels that her care is excessive, there her father is forced to reveal a truth that she had never spoken about. But Woo Young Woo is so brave that he can face her, accept her and move on, unlike a person who thought she could leave the past behind her without any consequences. That is to say, the growth of Woo Young Woo does not happen only in the professional sphere, which is where we have seen her shine the most, but also in her personal part. As if the writer were telling us that what we usually call “disability” is nothing more than our own inability to accept and integrate anyone who behaves or looks different from what we call “normal”, and we call it that while and we force ourselves to hide our differences, and many times we live in a suffocating environment, because society dictates what it is like to be normal, what it is like to be well and that we should not mix with the different or the weak. Something like this I feel happens to Lee Jun Ho, Woo Young Woo’s co-worker, he is warm, compassionate and is able to confront the prejudices he has grown up with. There are also Woo Young Woo’s friends, one supports her in daily life and the other at work, but she also supported her before at school… That’s why she is so close to our protagonist and earns one of the best nicknames someone may you recibe. In the middle of the story, we also get to the point where Lee Jun Ho is questioning his feelings for Woo Young Woo, and so is she, but it’s fun to see her ask directly. Because it is practically impossible for people like our protagonist to lie, to put together strategies to deceive others and most of us, we resort to certain traps so as not to dent our pride, or not? With Woo Young Woo things are usually direct and that is something that few accept, they almost feel insulted or confronted!! 😀 😀 In short, the story has a wonderful rhythm that hooks you, catches you and one would like the days to pass quickly to meet this cast again, so of course I’m on board and waiting to find out how the situation between Woo Young Woo and Lee Jun Ho, how she will continue to grow professionally, whether she will resolve the accusations of nepotism, and whether her peers will learn from her or continue to conform to her mindsets. What do you think?? Oh by the way!! The OST performed by Suzy and it’s titled “Inevitable”!!
