Diamond Films presents the Spanish trailer for ‘Saying goodbye to Yang‘, the second film by Kogonada, a South Korean filmmaker based in the United States who in 2017 will release his more than interesting (and recommendable) debut feature, ‘columbus‘. Colin Farrell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Justin H. Min, Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja, Clifton Collins Jr., Sarita Choudhury and Haley Lu Richardson star in this film that revolves around a father’s efforts to save Yang’s life. , an android whom after so many years they already consider one more member of their family. In the process, Jake discovers the life that he has been living in front of his, reconnecting with his wife and his daughter. Written, edited and directed by Kogonada, the film is a Per Capita Productions and Cinereach production based on a short story written by Alexander Weinstein titled ‘Saying Goodbye to Yang’one of many that are part of his anthology ‘Children of the New World’. ‘Saying goodbye to Yang‘ is an A24 film that will be released in Spain on October 8 through Prime Video by Diamond Films, after screening at the Sitges Festival.
