FEDECON organizes with the support of ICEX Spain Export and Investment within the framework of the 2023 sector plan, the grouped participation of legally constituted companies in Spain in a new fair, the SUPREME BODY & BEACH FPA in February 2023 to be held in Munich from February 5 to 7, and the SUPREME MAN & WOMAN from February 11 to 14, 2023.

The maximum amount of this aid is 25,000 euros.
Since it is an activity corresponding to the year 2023, the ICEX aid is conditioned to the final approval of the 2023 Sector Plan with the collaborating entity. Depending on the number of participating companies and the global budget presented, the maximum m2 accepted will be established. The percentages of support will be the following, depending on the temporality of each company, up to 25% of aid if the company participates between 2 and 5 years.
The concepts supported are:
Space rental (includes registration fee and compulsory insurance). Stand decoration (includes decoration material transport, floral decoration, assembly and disassembly of the stand, posters and other decoration elements). Transport of merchandise to be exhibited. If the company is the first time to participate will receive 5 additional points, up to 30% support. The DELIVERY TERM of the documentation for registration in the call ends the next December 9, 2022 , After that date no application can be accepted for reasons of ICEX regulations.

1.- Help Request.2.- Annex I ”Responsible declarations and authorizations”. It is very important that the document includes both the company seal/logo in the header and the company’s signature and seal in the places where the document requires it. 3.- Photocopy of the stand rental invoice o Estimate of the total cost of renting the stand, indicating the m2 requested.
