As in recent years, FEDECON organizes, with the support of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones within the framework of the 2023 sector plan, the grouped participation of companies legally constituted in Spain in the FPA PURE LONDON/SCOOP X PURE Y MODA UK I February 2023 to be held in the UK from February 5-8 and 12-14, 2023.
The maximum amount of this aid is 40,000 euros.
Since it is an activity corresponding to the year 2023, the ICEX aid is conditional on the final approval of the 2023 Sector Plan with the collaborating entity. Depending on the number of participating companies and the global budget presented, the maximum m2 accepted will be established. The percentages of support will be the following, depending on the temporality of each company, up to 35% help.
The concepts supported are:
Space rental (includes registration fee and mandatory insurance). Stand decoration (includes transportation of decoration material, floral decoration, assembly and disassembly of the stand, posters and other decoration elements). Transport of merchandise to be exhibited. If the company is the first time to participate, it will receive 5 additional points, up to 40% support. The DELIVERY TERM of the documentation for registration in the call ends next December 9, 2022 , After that date no application can be accepted for reasons of ICEX regulations.
Documentation to send:
1.- Help Request (registration form found at the end of the attached call document). 2.- Annex I ”Responsible declarations and authorizations” (attached file). It is very important that the document includes both the company seal/logo in the header and the company’s signature and seal in the places where the document requires it.
3.- Photocopy of the stand rental invoice o Estimate of the total cost of renting the stand, indicating the m2 requested.
