Globalcaja supports FECIR in the Business Merit Awards for its 10th anniversary

The president of Globalcaja, Mariano Leonand the president of the Business Federation of Ciudad Real (FECIR), Carlos Marin, have renewed the collaboration that both entities maintain with the purpose of recognizing and making visible companies, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and entities that stand out for their career. Thus, the leading financial entity in Castilla-La Mancha will accompany FECIRthat in this 2024 celebrates its tenth anniversary, as it has done since its origins, in the delivery of its Business Merit Awards.
For Globalcaja These awards have the value of providing visibility and social recognition of the important role that companies play in our current economy.
Carlos Marin valued the support that Globalcaja has always provided to the businessmen and women of Ciudad Real and its province and, in particular, to FECIR, thus contributing to the socioeconomic development of the territory.
The business effort, in value
Among the eight business awards that FECIR will present, there are everything from small businesses and recently created business activities, to companies with large economic volume or those that have centuries-old trajectories behind them. A business diversity that reflects the reality of the economic fabric of the province of Ciudad Real and that these awards provide an incentive to business effort. In addition to the awards in the business field, also in this edition the special mention to Social Commitment, created by FECIR three years ago, with the impetus of the Globalcaja Foundationand that on this occasion he will collect the Spanish Association Against Cancerin recognition of the work they do to prevent this disease and support people diagnosed with oncological pathologies. Until now, this recognition had fallen to the Rotary Club and the Military Emergency Unit (UME), whose essential work has once again been evident with their intervention in the catastrophe caused by DANA.
