The film follows the story when Morbius tries to cure himself of a rare blood disease but due t reactions turn himself into a vampire.

The release date has been announced by the maker and it is going to hit the big screen on 19th March 2021 in the United States. Fans still have to wait for plenty of time to enjoy this movie in the theatres.

HOW IS MORBIUS CONNECTED TO VAMPIRISM?

The trailer of the movie introduces Morbius, who is actually known as Dr. Michael Morbius, a Nobel prize-winning doctor. He is suffering from a rare blood condition that is needed to be treated to live. While he is processing to treat himself, he accidentally got himself turned into a “pseudo-vampire,” and hence achieved vampire-like abilities including echolocation and uncontrollable thirst for blood.

Over the years Morbius has fought against and along with Spider-Man in Marvel Comics. Even while controlling his thirst for blood. To suppress his needs for blood, he often tries to feed himself by the blood of criminals.
