When the first season of Re Zero started in 2016 it went viral and people started expecting another season. Full name of the anime is Re Zero- Starting life in another world. The first season had a total of 25 episodes and it ended in September 2016. But the fans had to wait for some time before they had any luck to watch the second season. As of now the second part of 2nd season were being aired. Well, for some people 2nd part of 2nd season is season three. But, if we check their official news creators are saying that this is not third season and it is 2nd part of 2nd season.
On February 10, 2021, 6th episode of the 2nd part titled “The Permafrost of Elior Forest” was aired. And as of now there is no news of 7th episode of the 2nd part to be released. But, if we see some fan theory and other speculation it is safe to say that Re Zero Season 3 will be there in near future.

Re Zero Season 3 has no spoiler but in the first season, Subaru Natsuki a NEET is the lead of the show and he enters some strange world filled with magic, elf and other magical beings. In this magical land he meets an elf called Emila and tires to help him in his quest.
While helping him Subaru gets killed. When he dies he gets to know about some of his hidden powers. He gets to know that he can rewind time. By using this ability he gets a new life.

Recently Netflix has bought the rights of the show and now episodes of the show can be watched on Netflix as well. As for Re Zero Season 3 we have to wait a bit.
