The ex-wife of Iker Casillas enjoyed a tasting menu at Aponiente, the restaurant that the popular chef Ángel León owns in El Puerto de Santa María. Of course, it is not suitable for all pockets since the price per person is 215 euros without taking into account the pairing that would add 100 euros more. The young woman has enjoyed it so much that defined the chef as a true “genius”. Among the many dishes that she has had the opportunity to taste, Sara made a special mention of the dessert, a dish called ‘Picadura de medusa’ which is made up of a Kombucha jelly with an electric flower. “The best hosts.
