A biochemical hazard threatens the entire human population. A chance of millions dying. A pandemic of epic proportions. No, I am not talking about the CoronaVirus. I’m talking about, Resident Evil Season One. You have seen the first movie, and the second movie, and maybe the third movie. We admit it, too many Resident Evil movies are like too many Die Hard movies; not all of them can bank on the success of the first.
A Story Told the Same Way Since 2002
But despite it all, Resident Evil is back, and now, it is back as a TV show. A Walking-Dead-esque TV show, the series is going to cover a similar theme as the movies. A Multi-national corporation, dabbling in bio-research and development made the wrong calls. The money gets to their head, and they develop an extremely dangerous strain of the virus which is highly infectious. Exposure to the masses could lead to a pandemic of epic proportions, killing millions and affecting everybody else. What the scientists don’t realise, is that the virus does more than kill, it mutates. Dead bodies come to life, mutating into convoluted monsters whose only aim is to kill. It is the job of a few, to kill the affected.
Alice is an employee at the Umbrella Corporation. Scientists have used her as the basis of their experiments to create a superhuman.
She is fast, strong and has combat skills rivalling gods. And when the pandemic breaks out, she is at the forefront to save the few who are still not affected.
