Best Marvel Movies Ranked According To Fan Favourites

Back in 2008, Marvel Studios debuted its first superhero movie and brought a revolutionary change in modern cinema. Eleven years and Marvel Cinematic Universe is still producing the highest-grossing films and breaking the Box Office.

Back in the early 2000s, comics were a huge thing, but superhero movies were off the grid. But Marvel took it a challenge and released its first movie Iron man starring Robert Downey Jr. Even though the film didn’t earn a lot, but Marvel Universe didn’t stop there.

Currently, Marvel has released about 23 successful movies, and Avengers: Endgame being the top-grossing movie of all time and replacing Avatar’s top position.

Here’s a list of top 10 fans favorite Marvel movies –

10. Spiderman: Far From Home (2019)

A film about Peter Parker who tries to live a healthy teenage life after having a drastic experience in Avengers: Endgame. A lovely trip to Europe, where he has a chance to show his feelings towards MJ (Zendaya) goes completely off when Earth and humanity is in danger. Spider-Man is left with no other choice but to team up with Mysterio to save his classmates from the disaster. So far, the studio has changed Peter Parker’s actor three times. But Tom Holland is the cutest one by far.

9. The Avengers (2012)

“The Avengers” gained a lot of views for proving its unity.  Marvel studios were going down the drain after releasing movies, like “Thor,” “Iron Man 2,” and “The Incredible Hulk,” making them the worst franchise by far. But “The Avengers” delivered the kind of content every marvel fan wanted by correcting their mistakes. It was a massive blockbuster for MCU after releasing some failed movie content.

8. Iron Man (2008)

The first Marvel movie has made it on the list. Iron Man was premiered back in 2008 when iPhones were initially released in the market. Even though the film is quite old, but love for Marvel’s first movie hasn’t changed a bit. Everyone enjoyed Tony Stark’s character for being too stubborn, arrogant, and sarcastic. The work and art which is put into creating his first metallic suit have made this a golden movie for all Stark fans. Iron Man started a new trend in the superhero genre and the movie industry.

7. Captain Marvel (2019)

Captain Marvel shook the Box Office. We see the rise of Marvel, where the origin story is discovered, and powers are retrieved. The only initial set back is that the movie doesn’t have a convincing ending. It failed to explain what exactly happened to Marvel between the end and what’s to coming forward later in Endgame. Unfortunately, the film was lacking action, which disappointed the audience.

6. Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Despite being an action superhero movie, Avengers: Endgame was an emotional tribute to the hardworking franchise. We do have complaints regarding Black Widows ending after following Marcel for about 11 years. Tony Stark’s sacrifice made everyone cry a river. He has carved a special place in everyone’s heart, and the Marvel fandom will for sure miss him.

5. Spiderman: Homecoming (2017)

Peter Parker’s dedication throughout the film to prove himself as a hero to impress Tony Stark didn’t look appealing at first. As the movie continued, Tom Holland’s character in the movie as a high schooler was fun to watch. The film gave us exactly what we wanted. A classic 80s high-school meets modern superhero action. It was MCU’s third attempt to cast a new Spider-Man in just 15 years paid off pretty well.

4. Thor: Ragnarok (2017)

Thor movies weren’t a massive success in the past. After two massive failures in Thor’s franchise, director Taika Waititi didn’t let the franchise down. Marvel provided promising content for the fans by releasing Thor: Ragnarok. The movie was unexpectedly hilarious and stood out from every marvel movie released so far. It was one of the most big-budgeted blockbuster films of 2017.

3. Guardians of Galaxy (2014)

Guardians of the Galaxy was a different take by the Marvel Universe, but it received a tremendously positive response. Even though it was an underrated comic, the film was glorified with humor and a perfect pinch of action. With a significant throwback to the 70s and 80s hits and the charming role of Pratt, which was quite entertaining, the film became an instant fan favorite. Considering the most rewatchable movie in the MCU, the movie dynamics between Rocket and Groot were very brilliance. The mutual hate between each other is loved by the audience when they are later introduced to each other.

2. Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

Infinity War is a huge success compared to “Avengers” or “Civil War.” There were over 20 characters in the Infinity War, which happened for the first time in 10 years of MCU’s history. Endgame is a bigger fish in the pool, but Infinity War has a special place in fans’ hearts. The movie has a compelling script and an impressive balance of acting. Thanos’s character has lived up to its hype.

1. Black Panther (2018)

Black Panther is the first superhero movie that has been nominated for the Academy Awards Best Picture last year. Everything about this film, from its plot to the casting team, every part of it is excellent.

Black Panther is considered to be a cultural event. The film was MCU’s highest-grossing movie in the US back in 2018. It has crossed all the barriers and rising up to win Oscar gold.
