The fourth instalment of the BBC America’s show, Killing Eve was announced way before the release of the 3rd and the previously launched season.
Killing Eve is a British black comedy-drama spy thriller television series, produced in the United Kingdom by Sid Gentle Films for BBC America.
The first series premiered on BBC America on 8 April 2018, and on BBC iPlayer on 15 September 2018 through BBC Three. The show has been highly successful in both the United States and the United Kingdom, receiving critical acclaim for both the first and second series, particularly for its writing and the lead actresses’ performances.

Previously we have noticed the gap between the release in the UK and USA is typical of one day.
Season 3 was aired on 12 April in the US whereas, in the UK a day later.
Like every movie and series production nowadays, Killing Eve is also facing troubles from the global coronavirus pandemic. It seems quite hard for this to make it on time. Though we can make a hard guess that we can expect the 4th season to hit the screens by April 2021.
ARE EVE AND VILLANELLE IN LOVE?
In Killing Eve, the relationship between these two has been awkwardly special. The makers have said the bond between these two is the core of the show. The special love-hate kind of dynamic relationship between these two allures a lot to the viewers.
In the third episode of the third season, the two had their first kiss too.
