Lovers of the Red Sky is set during the era of Joseon Dynasty somewhere between 1392 to 1920. It tells the story of Hong Chun Gi and Ha Ram. Hong Chung Gi is a blind Painter for a matter of fact she was blind by birth. Ha Ram is an astrologer tracking the movements of stars at the night, he has lost his vision due to an accident. Although they lack a sense of seeing they both have astonishing talents and other senses far better than any other human but don’t have the same fate. Their fates are exact opposites. They met and soon after that encounter they in love. But love was not easy for them. They get trapped into political scams by the greedy Prince Sooyang who wants to be the new ruler. Another prince Anpyeong judge them too.
