The Story Takes Place in the Smalltown of Seju in 1999 where a Series of Murders Took Place. Furthermore, They found a mysterious recording of the Murders but can’t distinguish anything valid. The series follows the lives of Detective Choi. Whos is still grieving his deceased wife. Whom he lost to a Terrorist Attack 10 years ago. However, Detective Choi is assigned the Mystery Murder in Seju. Things escalate when the Daughter of the Terrorist responsible for the Detective’s wife’s untimely demise gets kidnapped. The story progresses as Detective Choi along with Jo Jung Hyun to figure out the connection between the murders and the Kidnapping. Furthermore, Jo Jung Hyun is the Sister of the same Terrorist but Choi has to get over their differences to save a young girl’s life.

Hometown: The Story Till Now

In the Previous Episodes, we see Jo Kyung-Ho escaping from prison. Choi Hyung-In is recovering from his injuries nicely. But it seems he is Hallucinating. Then we see the prisoners getting killed. Its same thing with Jo Kyung-Ho’s cellmate. But even as his cellmate dies in front of him. He just had a blank look on his face like a sociopath. Jo Jung-Hyun visits the assemblyman who mentions something about Purification Day. There seem to be some connection to this alleged purification day and the incident that took place at the Filtration Plant.
Jo Kung Ho mentions that he doesn’t have a home. Maybe he never had one. Dr. Lee got a chance to see the tape which showed Jo Jae-Young. The tape showed Jae-Young begging to let her leave. Surprisingly the video shows Jo Kyung-Ho appearing on the tape. What he was doing there remains a Mystery.
