Brad Pitt and Jimmy Kimmel are the latest stars to join the already star-studded table reading of Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a 1982 film. Comedian Dane Cook is the host for the table read. Apart from Dane and Sean Penn who played the main character Spicoli in the movie, the cast has Jennifer Aniston, Matthew McConaughey, Julia Roberts, Morgan Freeman, Shia LaBeouf, and Henry Golding too. Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were co-stars in the popular NBC show ‘Friends’.
This summer movie event with loads of stars was scheduled for 20th August first. But, Joe Biden, the presidential candidate for upcoming US elections will give a speech in the Democratic National Convention on its last night on 20th August. This table read event has been rescheduled to 21st August to avoid time clash with the program.
The program has been named as “Feelin’ A-Live”. It is a fundraiser program. The event will go live virtually.
