Heidi Klum Demands Emergency Hearing For Her Kids’ Custody

Supermodel Heidi Klum is now involved in a child custody battle. She asked for an emergency hearing against her ex-husband Henry Seal. Klum wants to go to Germany along with her four kids. She is heading to Germany for the filming of ‘Next Top Model’ later this year.

The battle began over traveling in the pandemic situation. Heidi filed a case as her ex-husband Seal does not want their children to travel to Europe in this situation. Klum said, she also knows about safety measures. She assured to maintain every safety rule to protect the four children – Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10.

In her declaration, the ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge wrote, “Henry’s time with our kids is sporadic at best”. The kids spend maximum time with Klum and while she goes at a place for work, the four always stay with her. Heidi told that in April Seal agreed for their travel but he is now refuting.

Klum is contractually obligated to film for season 16 of the show. Generally, considering Heidi the show is filmed in Los Angeles. But this year it is not possible due to the pandemic. The current situation does not allow the cast and crews to enter the USA from Germany.

Klum offered Seal that if he would agree to the kids’ traveling, she can consider changing their custody schedule. She will allow the children to spend this year’s Christmas break with their father. Leni, Heidi and Henry’s elder daughter, also submitted a declaration to the court. She filed it on behalf of her siblings that they all want to travel with their mother.

Heidi Klum also stated that she would be ready to negotiate for Seal to have charge of their children for a second Christmas break in succession.
